By connecting these apps, you can automate workflows, sync data across different systems, and enhance your marketing and sales efforts, all from within your Metanow CRM account.
How to Access the App Marketplace
Finding and connecting new applications is straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:
- Log in to your Metanow CRM dashboard.
- Navigate to the main menu on the left-hand side and click on the App Marketplace tab.
- You will be directed to the marketplace homepage, where you can browse all available apps.
Finding and Installing Apps
The marketplace is designed for easy navigation, allowing you to find the perfect tools for your business needs.
Browsing and Searching for Apps
You can browse apps by category, such as 'Marketing', 'Analytics', or 'Productivity'. Alternatively, use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific application by name.
Installing an Application
Once you've found an app you'd like to use, follow these simple installation steps:
- Click on the app to view its details, including a description, key features, and required permissions.
- Click the Install or Connect button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts. You may be asked to log in to the third-party application to authorize the connection with Metanow CRM.
- Once authorized, the app will be integrated with your account and ready to use.
Managing Your Connected Apps
You can view and manage all your installed applications in one place. Navigate to the Connected Apps or My Apps section within the App Marketplace. From here, you can configure settings for each app or disconnect it if it's no longer needed.
