Twilio Number Support for Voice AI
Overview
Metanow CRM now supports Twilio numbers for Voice AI Agents. This feature enables calls to be routed seamlessly through your personal Twilio account.
How to Enable Twilio Numbers for Voice AI
- An active AI Employee subscription is required.
- Your Twilio numbers will automatically appear in the Phone & Availability section when you create or edit an agent.
How to Use Twilio Numbers with Voice AI
- Navigate to Voice AI and choose to Create or Edit an Agent.
- Under the Phone & Availability section, select your desired Twilio number from the dropdown menu.
- Save your changes and test the setup by calling the number you selected.
